Directions
- Dice the sweet potatoes and apples and set them aside.
- Slice the green beans and set them aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Mix in the diced sweet potatoes and cook until they begin to soften, about 10 minutes.
- Add the green beans and diced apple, cooking for another 10 minutes until everything is tender and cooked through.
